]]>Pat, I noticed the comment from 2013 about morning sickness. I was part of a ministry team (my husband and I were missionaries in France) that traveled during January to visit the high-security prisons bringing a gospel message with Christmas carols, a play, and hand out of personal effects. I had just become pregnant for the first time. The tour was grueling, carrying our own props and instruments in and out of prisons, 1-3 performances a day in different cities! I started suffering from morning sickness. Our Salvation Army captain directing the tour said, ‘oh that, it’s all in your head.’ I didn’t know any better, so I said, ‘Oh?’ He already had 4 kids, so I thought he might know. And since that breakfast conversation, I did not have morning sickness at all during the entire pregnancy. I can’t explain it. But I also know that when I worked in the public school system, I caught everything the kids brought in, flu, bronchitis, strep throat, and visited my Christian doctor quite regularly each winter. I noticed one year…he never acted like he was going to catch a germ when he interacted with me. It struck me, he doesn’t plan to get sick from meeting me, but I plan to get sick every winter at school! From that point on, I stopped getting sick from all the germs I encountered. Maybe I got one cold every 7-10 years, but that’s about it. I think our minds have a lot more power (unleashing our immune systems as an army fighting against germs that are out there 365 days a year). It seems our immune system fails to work when we determine we ARE going to get sick when we encounter a germ. It is a joy not to have to buy tissues, cold medicine, cough syrup, etc. A nice way to live.

The Heart Physics Essential program is the program that is the training tool. Because you are not accustomed to being still this way it takes awhile for you to realize that your mind doesn’t have to be in control. If you keep putting these principles into practising you will soon find that it becomes second nature to you. Just don’t give up.
